Additionally, we need to have foundations and measures in place to protect the integrity and rights of our inclusion groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To this end, we have policies and procedures in place to prevent discrimination, harassment, promote inclusion, and comply with the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--16)\"><a href=\"https:\/\/investors.grupofalabella.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/03\/Annual-Report-2025.pdf#page=118\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Read more<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--16)\"><strong>\u200b<a href=\"https:\/\/investors.grupofalabella.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/03\/Annual-Report-2025.pdf#page=120\">Gender Equity<\/a>:<\/strong> Our focus has been on increasing female representation in senior and middle management positions, with the goal of reaching 40% female participation at these levels. To achieve this, we promoted initiatives aimed at enhancing women\u2019s visibility, networking opportunities, development, and participation in leadership roles. Women were included in 79% of senior and middle management recruitment processes (excluding specialist roles), and 47% of those processes resulted in the hiring of women, 61% of whom were internal hires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/investors.grupofalabella.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/03\/Annual-Report-2025.pdf#page=121\"><strong>Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities:<\/strong> <\/a>We seek to promote the inclusion and participation of persons with disabilities in the workplace while creating an inclusive and accessible experience for both employees and customers, fostering diverse and equitable environments. In 2025, more than 1,100 persons with disabilities were employed across Grupo Falabella. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--16)\"><a href=\"https:\/\/investors.grupofalabella.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/03\/Annual-Report-2025.pdf#page=123\"><strong>Sexual Diversity:<\/strong><\/a> Our commitment to this pillar is reflected in our participation on the Strategic Committee of Pride Connection Chile, as well as in achieving Category A in the <em>Equidad CL<\/em> assessment conducted by this organization in partnership with the Human Rights Campaign. This distinction places us among the \u201cBest Companies for LGBTI+ Talent.\u201d In line with this commitment, in 2025 we participated in Fundaci\u00f3n Iguales\u2019 fundraising event, <em>La Noche por la Igualdad<\/em> (The Night for Equality). We strive to create a workplace where every individual can contribute authentically and reach their full potential. In Chile, all employees, regardless of the type of union they choose with their partners, receive the same benefits, including parental leave for same-sex adoptions and marriage-related benefits for civil union agreements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/investors.grupofalabella.com\/app\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/03\/Annual-Report-2025.pdf#page=124\"><strong>Generations<\/strong>:<\/a> During 2025, we incorporated the generational pillar into our corporate diversity strategy, to strengthen the attraction, retention, and experience of our current and future talent.
