To achieve this, it is essential to raise awareness and provide training on various topics of interest and needs of our inclusion groups, as well as on the diversity of personal characteristics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For each of our inclusion pillars, there are specific networks focused on raising awareness and educating on these topics, driving cultural change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gender Equality:<\/strong> <br>We aim to promote and ensure equal opportunities and conditions for all individuals, regardless of gender, across all levels of the organization. In&nbsp;<strong>2024<\/strong>, our focus was on increasing female representation in Senior and Middle Management roles, with the goal of reaching&nbsp;<strong>40%<\/strong>&nbsp;participation of women at these levels.
