These agreements grant Organizaci\u00f3n Corona the right to sell its minority stake in the joint ventures in Colombia, specifically: Falabella Retail (35%), Banco Falabella (31%), Seguros Falabella (35%), and ABC de Servicios S.A.S. (35%).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This request initiates a process that includes determining the value of the companies through a mechanism established in the existing shareholders\u2019 agreements, among other aspects. Once this stage is completed, Grupo Falabella will have up to 240 days to either find a third party to acquire Organizaci\u00f3n Corona\u2019s stake or acquire it themselves.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction is expected to be completed during 2026, and no significant impact is anticipated on the Group\u2019s consolidated financial position, regardless of whether Falabella or a third party acquires the stake.
