The stock last reached its all-time high in early February, when it traded at <strong>CLP 6,800 per share<\/strong>. This means the stock is now only <strong>3.7% away<\/strong> from matching that record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is worth noting, however, that Falabella\u2019s stock has become increasingly volatile following the end of the company\u2019s controlling shareholder agreement, making it more exposed to broader market fluctuations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Has Falabella\u2019s Stock Become More Volatile Since the End of the Shareholders\u2019 Agreement?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The recent appreciation in the company\u2019s share price comes after several research departments raised their outlook on the stock following the release of second-quarter earnings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to <strong>Bloomberg<\/strong> data, the average target price for Falabella increased by <strong>3.1%<\/strong> between August 13 and September 16, reaching <strong>CLP 7,050 per share<\/strong>. This implies a potential <strong>12-month upside of 7.5%<\/strong> from current levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The latest institution to revise its outlook upward was <strong>Credicorp Capital Research<\/strong>.
