June 2, 2025 – Grupo Falabella has appointed Leonardo Di Nucci as Chief Information Officer (CIO), who will replace Ashish Grover starting July 1. Di Nucci, who has served as Regional CIO & COO of Banco Falabella, has been a key figure in the transformation of the Group’s financial business. Over his nine years at Falabella, he has successfully led strategic initiatives such as the creation of the Digital Factory and the digital hub for the Bank and Insurance divisions, consolidating technological capabilities that are now benchmarks in the region.
“Leonardo will continue driving the growth of the Group’s digital strategy and its focus on customer experience, leveraging the advantages of our ecosystem with the passion and excellence that define him,” said Alejandro Gonzalez, CEO of Grupo Falabella.
Ashish Grover, meanwhile, will remain with the company as a Technology Advisor for Falabella’s development center in India. “We are grateful for Ashish’s commitment, whose leadership was key in laying the foundations of our technological operating model and strengthening Falabella’s tech talent,” Gonzalez added.
