Grupo Falabella elects new board of directors for the next 3 years

The shareholders’ meeting elected the company’s new board of directors, including four new members, who will serve until 2029.

Santiago, March 17, 2026.— This Tuesday, the 2026 Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Grupo Falabella was held, an instance convened to address matters such as the approval of the 2025 Annual Report, the Balance Sheet, and the Income Statement, as well as the election of the members of the company’s Board of Directors.

The Meeting elected its nine members, who will serve for the next three years. Five of them were reelected for a new term: Juan Carlos Cortés, Paola Cúneo, Carlo Solari, María Cecilia Karlezi, and Alfredo Moreno. The other four are new members: Fernando de Peña, Carolina Schmidt, Juan Pablo del Río, and Tomás Müller.

The election of the new Chair of the Board of Directors of Grupo Falabella will take place in a session scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, March 18.
